China's stocks closed mixed Tuesday after experiencing sharp falls on the previous trading day.
The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index ended at 2,311.92, up 3.37 points, or 0.15 percent.
The Shenzhen Component Index edged down 27.4 points, or 0.28 percent, to close at 9,847.12.
